Malaysia is a country covered by rainforest, tea plantations, and stretches of fine sandy beaches. Although the country admittedly offers few impressive temples or historic monuments, a great deal of traditional culture survives through the spectacular festivals of the Indian, Chinese, and Malay communities. It offers expansive national parks, tropical jungles, deserted beaches, classic architecture and a unique multiracial community.
